Lodging in the capital is always expensive. Beijing - is no exception to this rule. And to save on housing crafty 24-year-old Chinese Dai Hayfey invented an original way. He invented and built the original house in the shape of an egg. Environmentally friendly and inexpensive to manufacture housing solves several problems at once - no need to pay for rent and for travel, because Dai Hayfey set his house in front of the office in which he works.
A native of Henan Province, a 24-year-old Dai Hayfey - January graduate of the architectural institute with a diploma designer. But graduates of Chinese universities in recent years not only difficult to find work, but also affordable housing: rent even a tiny room in Beijing is not cheap.
After graduation Give Hayfey found work at the Beijing architectural design company. At first he rented a room area of more than ten square meters, which is paid 900 yuan ($ 128) per month. As a result, he was forced to greatly save on food and everything else.
Then a young specialist came to an interesting idea, and he applied his design skills into practice by creating an original house in the shape of an egg.
One-room hut decorated with strips of bamboo inside and outside is covered with sacks of sawdust as insulation. Inside there is a bed and small bedside table and lighting. Bathrooms in the house there - a shower Give Heyfey takes during a visit to the pool and runs to the toilet in the adjacent cafe.
In order to illuminate the house, egg, Chinese have used a solar panel. Although the problem of lack of heating is not solved: the temperature inside the house only a few degrees higher than outside.
To establish their new home Give Heyfey spent 6,400 yuan ($ 960). The savings are obvious - no longer need to spend money on rent and fares to work. And such a construction can be an excellent demonstration of the design skills and help young specialist to find a new job. In addition, Dai Heyfey became a local landmark.
